When you go looking for parenting advice, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. It’s easy to get bogged down comparing yourself to other parents. Some parents seem to have it all together. But, just remember that everyone has their struggles.
During the month of October, I’ve been participating in a self-care challenge. The idea is to get 30 minutes of self-care in every day.
